An elite, internationally recognized corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate (four to seven years of experience) to join its San Diego office. The role centers on advising public and private companies across the full range of corporate work.

The position offers significant responsibility for client relationships and the day-to-day workflow demands of sophisticated public company clients. Experience representing high-growth businesses in financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters is a plus.

Candidates should have gained their corporate experience at a national or international law firm and demonstrated a high level of academic achievement.

Four to seven years of corporate experience at a national or international law firm
Experience representing companies in capital markets transactions
Experience advising public companies on SEC reporting, corporate governance, and exchange compliance
Ability to manage client relationships and handle day-to-day demands of public company clients
High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Experience with financings, M&A, and general corporate matters for high-growth businesses is a plus
