Senior associate-level opening in a busy corporate finance group based in Dallas. The role focuses on leveraged and syndicated lending transactions across buyouts, acquisition financings and private credit matters.

The team represents administrative agents, lenders and borrowers; the position involves significant drafting and negotiation of credit agreements, security and intercreditor documents and transaction closing deliverables. The office seeks a proactive, team-oriented lawyer who can manage deal execution and client communication.

2–4 years post-qualification experience in lending/finance transactions
Experience representing administrative agents, lenders and borrowers on club and broadly syndicated facilities, acquisition financings and private credit
Strong drafting and negotiation experience with credit agreements, commitment letters, security agreements, intercreditor and subordination documentation
Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is a plus
Demonstrated deal-management ability, client-facing experience and strong academics
Admission to one or more U.S. state bars required; Texas bar admission preferred
