Top-tier global finance team is seeking a leveraged finance associate to join its Global Finance group. The role focuses on leveraged transactions including acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recaps, liability management and restructuring-related financings.

Associates will draft and negotiate transaction documents and take a lead role on financings for borrower and lead-arranger clients. Openings are available in multiple U.S. offices (Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles/Century City and New York).

Minimum 3 years' experience in leveraged finance, syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending
Experience representing borrowers and/or lead arrangers; sponsor finance/LBO experience preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience leading financing transactions
