Leveraged Finance Associate — Global Finance

Leading global finance group is seeking associates to join its leveraged finance team. You will work on acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recaps, liability management transactions and restructuring-related financings for borrower and lead arranger clients.

Openings are available across multiple U.S. offices, including Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles (Century City) and New York. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents and leading financing transactions on complex syndicated and private credit matters.

• Minimum 3 years' relevant lending experience (syndicated lending, private credit/direct lending)
• Experience representing borrowers or lead arrangers; strong sponsor/LBO finance experience preferred
• Proven draftsmanship and transactional negotiation skills on financing documents
• Admission or eligibility for admission to the bar in the state of the office to which you apply
