Growing corporate team in the San Diego office seeks a mid-level M&A associate to support acquisition and related corporate matters. The role emphasizes drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements and managing transactions for private and public company clients.

This is a hybrid role with regular in‑office presence. The team offers complex transactional work, including cross‑border matters, with structured professional development and opportunities for client-facing responsibility.

• J.D. and admission to practice in California
• 4–6 years of M&A experience advising private and/or public companies
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and other transaction documents
• Direct big‑law transactional experience (AmLaw 100 experience preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, commercial judgment and client communication skills
