Debt Finance Attorney — Finance & Banking, New York

Mid-level associate opening in a busy debt finance practice in New York. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters, with regular exposure to secured lending and leveraged finance transactions.

• 1–3 years' transactional experience in debt finance, lending or leveraged finance
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors on financing transactions
• Working knowledge of secured lending, Article 9 UCC issues, and deal closings; experience drafting documents and issues lists
• JD (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials and prior large-firm training; excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
