We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join a dynamic Debt Finance practice in New York. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a wide range of debt financing transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in secured lending, closing transactions, and drafting documents and issues lists. Familiarity with Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing, and debt securities offerings is preferred.

1–3 years of experience in debt finance transactions, representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
Experience with closing transactions and drafting documents and issues lists
Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, acquisition financing, and debt securities offerings (preferred)
JD or equivalent and strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Training and development experience at a large law firm
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
