Seeking a 3–5 PQE derivatives associate to join a major international finance team in New York. The role focuses on derivatives and structured products work, including trading documentation, complex OTC derivatives, structured financing and leverage arrangements.

Successful candidates will work on regulatory and transactional matters across derivatives and structured products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting execution for capital markets and financing transactions.

3–5 years post‑qualification experience in derivatives and structured products
Experience with trading documentation, complex OTC derivatives, structured financing and leverage arrangements
Familiarity with derivatives‑related regulation and transactional work
Admission to the New York Bar
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial awareness
