A leading international law firm is seeking a derivatives and structured products associate to join its New York office. The role sits within a busy finance and banking practice, working on sophisticated transactions for a demanding client base.

The successful candidate will advise on derivatives and structured products trading documentation, complex OTC derivatives, structured financing and leverage arrangements, and the associated regulatory framework. This is a hands-on position offering significant responsibility and direct client contact within a collaborative team.

Three to five years of experience in derivatives and structured products.
Demonstrated experience with derivatives and structured products trading documentation.
Background in complex OTC derivatives.
Experience with structured financing and leverage arrangements.
Familiarity with related derivatives regulations.
Admitted to the New York Bar.
