An established, nationally recognised Employment & Reward team is recruiting an Employment Associate to join its Belfast office. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of work for large corporate clients, including advisory, tribunal and high-value litigation, cross-border employment matters and executive-level issues.

You will work alongside a multi-office UK team on projects such as global change programmes, benefit redesign, senior hire/exit matters, restrictive covenant enforcement and M&A-related employment work. The team advises organisations across sectors and regularly coordinates with international colleagues.

This is a development-focused role with early responsibility, structured training and clear progression opportunities for candidates seeking to build a career in commercial employment law.

1–3 years PQE in employment law within a commercial practice
Experience handling complex tribunal claims, high-value or High Court litigation advantageous
Experience with cross-border employment issues, restructurings/redundancies and senior executive matters
Strong academic record, commercial awareness and excellent communication/teamworking skills
