Leading UK employment team is hiring a Managing Associate to join its Belfast office. The team advises UK and multinational employers on the full range of employment matters, including tribunal and High Court litigation, collective bargaining and industrial relations, transactional employment work (TUPE/M&A), senior executive disputes and cross‑border employment projects.

The role offers responsibility for client work, regular contact with stakeholders, and opportunities to supervise junior lawyers. There are clear career benchmarks and structured development expectations focused on technical expertise, service delivery, relationship building and business development.

8+ years' post‑qualification experience in employment law
Strong technical knowledge across employment areas (litigation, collective/industrial relations, TUPE/transactional work)
Ideally dual‑qualified with experience of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland employment law
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; experience supervising junior lawyers
Commercial, proactive approach with experience or interest in business development
