Employment Associate — Employment & Labor, New York

Join a national law firm's North America employment team in New York as an associate focused on employer-side employment litigation and counseling. The group handles a full range of employment matters across industries, including investigations, compliance, and employee-benefit issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting and managing employment litigation (discrimination, wage-and-hour, non-compete and related contract claims), advising clients on HR and compliance matters, drafting policies and employment agreements, and conducting workplace investigations and trainings.

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar
• At least 3 years of employment/labor experience handling litigation and employer counseling
• Experience litigating before state/federal courts and administrative agencies; conducting investigations; drafting policies and agreements; and delivering compliance training
• Strong written/verbal communication, judgment, organization, and teamwork skills
