Employment Attorney (3+ PQE) – Seattle

We are seeking a motivated employment attorney with at least three years of experience to join a growing Employment & Labor practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage assignments independently with minimal supervision, and will bring strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills to a collaborative team.

This role offers hands-on experience, including client interactions and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. Candidates at all experience levels are welcome to apply.

The position is based in Seattle and requires admission to practice in Washington. An Oregon license is a plus.

• At least 3 years of employment litigation experience
• Experience with class actions required
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Solid academic background and demonstrated research abilities
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Washington; Oregon license a plus
