Employment & Labor Associate — San Francisco

Seeking an associate to join a national employment & labor practice in the San Francisco office. The role combines day-to-day employment counseling for corporate clients with litigation support and employment-related work on M&A transactions.

The team advises across a range of workplace issues, including counseling on policies and compliance, defending employment disputes, and providing employment diligence and integration support in deals. The group works with sophisticated corporate clients and other firm practices.

• 2-5 years' experience in employment & labor law
• Experience in both employment counseling and employment litigation
• Experience supporting employment issues on M&A transactions
• Excellent writing and communication skills and strong academic credentials
