Employment Lawyer — Employment & Labor (Belfast)

Join a newly established employment team in Belfast that works closely with the London office and global colleagues. The team advises multinational and blue‑chip clients across sectors on domestic and cross‑border employment matters.

Work will be varied and high‑quality, including employment aspects of transactions and restructurings, complex tribunal litigation, strategic HR advisory, global policy and compliance projects, investigations and data‑related work.

• Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
• 1–3 years PQE in employment law
• Experience from a leading employment practice or comparable strong employment experience
• Strong academics, commercial mindset, excellent teamwork and client relationship skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
