A newly established Belfast role within a market-leading employment practice, working closely with the London team and across international offices. The role covers a broad mix of domestic and cross-border employment matters for large corporate clients.

Typical work will include multi-jurisdictional projects and transactions (including TUPE and post-acquisition integration), complex employment litigation and tribunal work, strategic HR advisory, internal investigations, and privacy/data subject access response work. Some travel may be required.

  • Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
  • 4–6 years PQE in employment law, ideally from a leading employment practice
  • Experience advising on TUPE, redundancies, employment litigation (ET claims), investigations and multi-jurisdictional projects
  • Strong commercial awareness, excellent client skills, team player with ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
