Join a national employment & trade secrets team that represents a broad client base across technology, life sciences, cleantech and other industries. The role offers varied litigation and counseling work, including internal investigations, pre- and post-transaction employment guidance, and defending misappropriation, non-compete and discrimination matters.

This is a mid-level associate role on the management side of employment litigation. You will work collaboratively on significant matters, draft briefs and policies, advise on mobility and trade-secret issues, and support litigation strategy from discovery through trial where needed.

The team has offices across California and elsewhere in the United States; candidates resident in or willing to be based in Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Century City are preferred. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

2–5 years of post-qualification experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling
Demonstrated experience with trade secret/misappropriation claims, non-compete/non-solicitation issues, and discrimination/harassment litigation
Experience advising employers on day-to-day employment matters and employment issues in M&A or other corporate transactions
Strong drafting, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills; California bar membership preferred
