An employment litigation team with a uniquely broad and collaborative practice is seeking a mid-level associate. The group represents a diverse client base ranging from early-stage startups to large public companies across technology, life sciences, green energy, and cleantech sectors.

The work is varied and substantial. On any given day, associates may conduct internal investigations, advise on corporate spin-out transactions, or prepare briefs. Mid-level associates handle significant litigation matters spanning the employment relationship, including trade secret misappropriation, non-compete and contract disputes, and high-profile harassment and discrimination matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified employment litigator who enjoys a dynamic mix of litigation and counseling within a collaborative team environment.

2–5 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
Considerable experience litigating employment cases and advising fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law (e.g., terminations, leaves of absence, policy review and drafting)
Experience with employment mobility issues, including trade secrets, non-competes, and employee non-solicitation
Ability to advise on employment-related issues in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
Membership in the CA Bar preferred
Excellent academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
