Seeking an associate with 2–3 years' experience on the management side of employment litigation to join a busy Seattle employment group. The role focuses on litigating employment disputes (including restrictive covenant and trade secret matters) and providing day-to-day counseling to fast-growing technology clients.

The position involves advising on terminations, leaves, internal investigations, reductions in force, policy drafting, and employment aspects of corporate transactions. Regular in-office attendance in the Seattle office is required.

2–3 years of employment litigation experience on behalf of management, including covenants not to compete and trade secret matters
Experience counseling employers on terminations, investigations, leaves, reductions in force, and employment policies
Experience advising on employment issues in M&A or other corporate transactions preferred
Washington bar membership preferred; excellent academic record and strong oral and written communication skills
