Seeking an associate with 2–3 years' experience on the management side of employment litigation to join a busy Seattle employment group. The role focuses on litigating employment disputes (including restrictive covenant and trade secret matters) and providing day-to-day counseling to fast-growing technology clients.

The position involves advising on terminations, leaves, internal investigations, reductions in force, policy drafting, and employment aspects of corporate transactions. Regular in-office attendance in the Seattle office is required.

  • 2–3 years of employment litigation experience on behalf of management, including covenants not to compete and trade secret matters
  • Experience counseling employers on terminations, investigations, leaves, reductions in force, and employment policies
  • Experience advising on employment issues in M&A or other corporate transactions preferred
  • Washington bar membership preferred; excellent academic record and strong oral and written communication skills
