This position offers hands-on responsibility: working directly with clients, managing complex matters, taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. The group values collegial mentoring, formal training, and opportunities for substantive courtroom and client-facing experience.
- 3–6 years post-JD litigation experience, with at least 2 years of employment litigation preferred
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the Washington State Bar
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in teams
