Experienced employment lawyer required to join a national practice focused on delivering commercial employment and HR advice. The team operates a fixed-fee HR offering with modular "bolt-on" services and supports clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, utilities, hospitality and education.

This is a senior fee-earning role within a law firm growth programme: you will contribute to expanding a national client base and work with a dedicated team on retained and project work. The role requires strong client-facing skills and a track record of delivering pragmatic employment advice.

Applications are invited from candidates with partner- or senior associate-level experience in employment law who can demonstrate business development capability or an existing client network.

Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law (partner or senior associate level).
Proven track record of business development and relationship-led client management.
Experience advising employers across commercial sectors and on retained/fixed-fee arrangements.
Strong drafting, advocacy and advisory skills; able to lead a team and develop practice growth.
