Experienced employment lawyer required to join a national practice focused on delivering commercial employment and HR advice. The team operates a fixed-fee HR offering with modular "bolt-on" services and supports clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, utilities, hospitality and education.

This is a senior fee-earning role within a law firm growth programme: you will contribute to expanding a national client base and work with a dedicated team on retained and project work. The role requires strong client-facing skills and a track record of delivering pragmatic employment advice.

Applications are invited from candidates with partner- or senior associate-level experience in employment law who can demonstrate business development capability or an existing client network.

  • Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law (partner or senior associate level).
  • Proven track record of business development and relationship-led client management.
  • Experience advising employers across commercial sectors and on retained/fixed-fee arrangements.
  • Strong drafting, advocacy and advisory skills; able to lead a team and develop practice growth.
