Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment (Birmingham)

Experienced litigation partner sought to join a well-established national law firm’s Birmingham office to lead and expand litigation, employment & labor, and healthcare-related practices. The role will handle commercial and professional liability disputes across healthcare and construction sectors and provide hands-on courtroom and client counseling work.

The successful candidate will split time between case work, supervising associates, and business development. This is an opportunity to join a platform with broad national reach while building a local practice in the Birmingham market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to the relevant state bar and active courtroom/trial experience
• Proven experience in commercial litigation, employment & labor matters, and professional liability/healthcare disputes
• Track record of originating business, client relationship management, and supervising junior lawyers
