Lateral Partner Employment & Labor and Litigation Birmingham

Established national law firm is seeking a seasoned lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation practices in the Birmingham office. The role combines lead trial work with client counseling and management of litigation matters across industries.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on role running contested employment matters, mentoring associates, and expanding client relationships. This is a business-development focused position with significant revenue responsibility and visibility within the office and regional practice group.

• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and active litigation experience
• Extensive employment and labor litigation experience, including trials or contested hearings
• Proven client development and relationship-management track record
• Experience leading teams and supervising associates
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
