An established law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor practice in the Greenville market. This is a senior lateral opportunity for a practitioner with a demonstrated track record in labor and employment law.

The role involves advising employers on the full range of workplace issues, including discrimination and harassment claims, wage-and-hour compliance, restrictive covenants, and traditional labor matters. The incoming partner will manage existing client relationships and drive further growth for the practice group.

The position offers a platform for a recognized employment lawyer to join a well-regarded team and expand both practice and client base, with support for business development and the opportunity to shape the group's strategic direction.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to the South Carolina bar (or eligibility for admission)
• Substantial experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and counseling
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead a practice group
