Partner — Employment & Labor, Corporate & IP Litigation (Greenville)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established firm presence in Greenville, focusing on Employment & Labor, Corporate, and Intellectual Property litigation. The role is for a partner who will lead and grow a portable practice, work collaboratively across offices in the Southeast, and support business development and client relationship expansion.

Priority is on partners with demonstrable success in corporate transactional work, patent/IP litigation or ERISA/labor & employment matters. The firm offers collaborative resources across specialties, flexible billing arrangements by practice, and consideration of equity on a case-by-case basis.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in Employment & Labor, Corporate, or IP litigation
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Ability to lead deal or litigation teams and collaborate across offices
