The successful candidate will be expected to originate and deepen client relationships, manage complex financings, and work collaboratively across practice teams to support growth in the region.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in commercial finance and banking transactions as a partner-level lawyer
- Proven business development and client-originating capabilities
- Experience leading deal teams and supervising associates
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission/reciprocity
