Leading US law firm seeks a seasoned finance and banking partner to join its Greenville office. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on commercial lending and finance transactions, leading deal execution, and supervising junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and deepen client relationships, manage complex financings, and work collaboratively across practice teams to support growth in the region.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in commercial finance and banking transactions as a partner-level lawyer
Proven business development and client-originating capabilities
Experience leading deal teams and supervising associates
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission/reciprocity
