National law firm seeks an associate to join its Energy and Infrastructure team in a full-time, partnership-track role. The position focuses on project finance and infrastructure matters across energy transactions for clients in the United States.

Ideal candidates have strong project finance experience from a national or international law firm, excellent oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated initiative and leadership potential. The role will involve independent client work alongside deal teams.

Minimum of 4 years' project finance experience (PQE 4+)
Prior experience at a national or international law firm preferred
