A full-service Am Law 100 firm is seeking Environmental/Toxic Tort attorneys to join its California-based toxic tort department, with hybrid opportunities available across the San Diego, Carlsbad, and Inland Empire offices. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

The role involves handling toxic tort actions — including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos — alongside general liability work, Proposition 65 matters, and class action defense. Attorneys will collaborate with experienced practitioners and gain forward-facing client interaction, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.

Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California
