We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3–6 years of experience to join a dynamic Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice in Chicago. The role involves working on complex compensation and benefits matters, often in connection with large change-in-control and transformational transactions, including public and private equity deals, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs, and financings.

Experience representing public companies on executive compensation disclosure matters is strongly preferred.

Experience with complex compensation and benefits matters in transactional contexts (e.g., M&A, bankruptcies, IPOs, financings)
Preferred: experience representing public companies on executive compensation disclosure
Strong academic credentials and law firm experience
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
