Mid-level finance associate opening with a global law firm’s U.S. finance practice. The role is based in one of the firm’s U.S. offices (openings in Boston, Denver and New York) and offers work on complex secured and syndicated lending matters across sponsor and corporate finance transactions.

The team handles high-value leveraged and commercial lending matters for institutional lenders and borrowers. The group emphasizes collaboration, high-quality client service, and professional development programs to support associate growth.

3-6 years' law firm experience in lending or finance transactions
Experience representing banks, institutional lenders and/or borrowers in secured lending; leveraged, syndicated or sponsor finance experience preferred
Skilled at drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements and closing documentation
Bar admission in the practicing state or eligibility for admission on motion; strong written and oral communication and teamwork skills
