Leading corporate-debt team in Atlanta is hiring a Finance Associate to support syndicated lending, secured transactions and commercial finance matters. The role will focus on cash-flow credit facilities and related lending work, with significant exposure to leveraged and private-debt matters.

The team seeks a transactional lawyer who can manage multiple deals, draft and negotiate facility and security documentation, and work directly with senior attorneys and lenders. This is an opportunity to join a busy finance practice with national reach while based in Atlanta.

3-6 years' post-qualification finance/banking experience
Strong experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions and cash-flow credit facilities
Experience in the private debt space strongly preferred
Excellent academic record and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and work efficiently in a team
