The role involves structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for finance market participants.

- 3–5 years post-qualification experience in structured finance, with specific experience on CLO or related securitization transactions
- Experience representing investment banks, asset managers or similar finance-market counterparties in structuring and documenting transactions

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage deal workflow in a busy practice
