Join a nationally recognised Finance team in the UK on a full‑time basis, with appointments available in multiple offices. The role focuses on asset‑based lending, receivables financing and broader lending work, advising lenders, alternative finance providers and corporate borrowers on bilateral, syndicated and cross‑border financings.

You will work alongside experienced finance lawyers on sophisticated financing structures, gain early client contact and contribute to complex transactions including securitisations and structured lending solutions. The team is known for a commercial, pragmatic approach and close collaboration across UK and international offices.

Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years PQE (England & Wales or equivalent)
Solid experience in asset‑based lending, receivables financing and securitisation
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on financing documentation (bilateral, syndicated and cross‑border transactions)
Strong commercial judgment, client‑facing experience and ability to work collaboratively across teams
