A leading New York office seeks a midlevel associate to join its rapidly growing, market-leading Financial Services practice, with openings focused on Fund Finance and Derivatives.

The team represents commercial and investment banks across an extraordinarily diverse range of financing and derivatives transactions for hedge funds, private equity funds and registered investment companies. Associates gain exposure to highly structured, bespoke deals and work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of each transaction.

The role offers significant responsibility, including drafting financing documents for complex structures, managing client relationships and moving transactions forward independently.

Midlevel associate with experience at a financial institution or law firm involving secured lending and/or derivatives.
Experience drafting financing documents for complex structures.
Comfort with highly structured, bespoke transactions.
Ability to manage client relationships and advance transactions independently.
J.D. and NY Bar admission required.
