Apply in confidence →Seeking a mid-to-senior level associate (approximately 5–7 years' experience) to join a national financial services regulatory enforcement team. The role is open in New York, Seattle, or Washington, DC and focuses on representing banks, fintechs, and other regulated entities in government investigations, enforcement matters, and related compliance issues.
Day-to-day work includes responding to government inquiries and subpoenas, conducting internal investigations, drafting advocacy materials and regulatory submissions, and supporting enforcement-related litigation and discovery. The role offers substantial client-facing responsibility and collaboration across the firm’s financial services and fintech practices.
- 5–7 years post-qualification experience in regulatory enforcement, investigations, or related litigation
- Experience with financial services regulators or government enforcement agencies; prior government experience valued
- Law degree (J.D.) and active bar membership or eligibility for admission
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills; ability to manage complex matters and client communications
