A leading US law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Fund Finance practice, advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of secured and unsecured lending transactions. The role involves fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings.

The team is particularly interested in lawyers with strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit. Associates work closely with colleagues across the firm's broader finance platform on sophisticated, high-volume transactions.

This is a collaborative practice with flexibility on office location across several US markets; candidates should indicate their preferred office in their application.

2 to 5 years of experience in secured and unsecured lending transactions
Strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit preferred
Experience with acquisition financings, leveraged finance, bridge loans and syndicated or bilateral financings
Strong law school academic credentials
Relevant and sophisticated law firm and transactional experience
Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain promptly) in the home office location
