Fund Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Mid-level associate opportunity in a US fund finance team supporting secured and unsecured lending matters, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance/private credit and bridge financings. Work will include domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral transactions.

Hiring for collaborative teams across multiple US offices; primary placement locations include Charlotte, Chicago or New York. The role offers exposure to sophisticated transactional work and opportunities for professional development within a large finance practice.

• 2–5 years' post-qualification transactional experience (fund finance, leveraged finance, or related private credit work)
• Experience with secured and unsecured lending, fund financings, acquisition financings, bridge loans and syndications
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated law firm transaction experience
• Excellent drafting, interpersonal and project-management skills
