3–5 years post-qualification experience in fund finance, leverage finance or related lending transactions
Demonstrable experience with secured and unsecured fund financings, acquisition financings, bridge loans and syndicated or bilateral facilities
Strong academic credentials and solid transactional law firm experience
Excellent drafting, commercial judgment and ability to manage complex cross-border financings
