Fund Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Mid-level associate role within a US finance practice supporting fund finance and related structured lending matters. The team handles secured and unsecured fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged and private credit transactions, bridge loans and complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings.

Hiring is flexible across multiple US offices (including Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York). The role offers transactional exposure, professional development and firm-wide collaboration across finance and structured‑finance teams.

• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in fund finance, leveraged finance or private credit
• Demonstrable experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions (fund financings, acquisition financings, bridge loans, syndicated and bilateral financings)
• Strong academic credentials and prior law firm transactional experience
• Active US bar admission and ability to work from a US office
