Our market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid-level to senior associates with strong academic credentials and sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm. This is an opportunity to work on complex project and infrastructure transactions within a highly collaborative team that operates seamlessly across offices.

The ideal candidate will have a particular focus on one of the following areas: tax equity and project finance transactions, and/or project development (such as construction and EPC contracts) and offtake agreements.

Candidates may be based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles, or Northern California. Please indicate your preferred office location in your cover letter.

3–6 years of relevant PQE
Sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm
Focus on tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development (construction and EPC contracts) and offtake agreements
