Mid-level associate role supporting fund finance and leveraged finance work within a major US finance practice. The role will focus on secured and unsecured lending transactions including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance/private credit, bridge loans and other complex syndicated and bilateral financings.

Candidates will be expected to advise on securitization, warehouse financing and related structured finance matters; experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred. The position is open to lawyers based in multiple U.S. offices; remote/U.S.-based candidates will be considered.

3+ years post-qualification experience in finance/structured finance
Transactional experience with secured and unsecured lending (fund financings, leveraged finance, bridge loans, syndicated and bilateral financings)
Experience in securitization and warehouse financing; residential mortgage or consumer-asset experience preferred
Strong academic credentials and prior law‑firm transactional experience; U.S. bar admission required
