A leading global law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its US Finance practice, supporting the fund finance and/or leveraged finance teams. The role involves sophisticated domestic and cross-border lending work at the center of the firm's finance platform.

The successful candidate will work across secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex syndicated and bi-lateral financings. Strong experience in fund finance and leveraged finance/private credit is particularly valued.

2–6 years of relevant associate experience in a law firm finance practice
Solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance, and bridge loans
Strong experience in fund finance and leveraged finance/private credit
Experience with complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings
Strong law school academic credentials
