A leading international law firm is seeking associates with 5+ years of experience to join its rapidly growing, market-leading Global Finance practice in New York. The team represents financial institutions, alternative lenders, and other investment vehicles across an extraordinarily diverse range of funding finance products and derivatives transactions spanning multiple asset classes.

The role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to help drive the strategic growth of the practice. Successful candidates will manage client relationships effectively and move transactions forward independently, while working on matters including NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings, secured lending, and derivatives.

5+ years of experience with NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings, or other relevant finance experience
Background in secured lending and/or derivatives preferred
Ability to manage client relationships and advance transactions independently
Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar
