We are recruiting Healthcare Associates and Legal Directors across all of our UK offices. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant, specialist healthcare department within a leading national law firm.

The team advises on all aspects of healthcare law, including clinical negligence claims and healthcare regulation. Instructions come from NHS bodies, medical indemnity organisations, private hospitals, clinics, care homes, individual clinicians and insurers.

You will handle high-quality work in a fast-moving sector, with genuine scope to help develop the practice. The role offers excellent progression prospects alongside a flexible working culture, and the exact scope will be tailored to your experience and background.

Qualified solicitor
Clinical negligence defendant experience
Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and solid claims-handling experience
Strong technical and drafting ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical, investigative and problem-solving mindset
Good time management and commercial awareness
Ability to work both in a team and on your own initiative
Computer literacy
