An Am Law 100 full-service firm has immediate openings for healthcare and professional liability litigation attorneys with at least three and up to seven years of experience for its Raleigh office.

3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in healthcare and professional liability
Licensed and admitted to practice in North Carolina, California, Virginia, or Maryland
Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Proven research skills and ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts
Trial experience preferred but not required
