Healthcare Regulatory Associate — Dallas

Join a national healthcare practice in Dallas advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients on regulatory and transactional matters. The team handles federal and multi‑state regulatory issues, transaction structuring, corporate practice compliance, regulatory filings and routine regulatory counseling.

Ideal candidates will have experience with statutes and regulatory regimes such as the Stark Law, Federal Anti‑Kickback Statute and HIPAA, and will counsel sponsors, vendors and healthcare companies on risk mitigation and deal execution. The role offers exposure to complex, high‑profile healthcare matters and collaboration across a national platform.

• 3–6 years' post‑qualification experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters
• Practical knowledge of Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback rules, HIPAA and multi‑state regulatory regimes
• Strong drafting, deal‑execution and client‑counseling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across practice and office teams
