High-Tech Intellectual Property Associate — Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. office seeking two mid-level Intellectual Property associates to support a high‑tech patent litigation practice. Candidates should have 2–3 years' post‑JD experience (class of 2022–2023) and a technical background such as electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or a related field.

Patent litigation experience is preferred. The role requires strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex, technology‑focused disputes.

• 2–3 years' experience (JD 2022–2023) with exposure to patent litigation or related IP matters
• Technical degree or background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or similar field

• Ability to manage a busy docket and work collaboratively on complex matters
