InHouse Employment Lawyer (InHouse Consultants)

Join a national in‑house consultancy team advising employers on UK employment and industrial relations matters. The role sits across multiple UK offices and combines advisory work, contentious employment cases and practical workforce solutions for corporate and public‑sector clients.

The team works closely with HR and senior client stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, risk‑focused advice, policy drafting, TUPE and redundancy support, and tribunal/disciplinary representation. The role offers regular client contact, cross‑office collaboration and a varied caseload.

• Qualified solicitor/solicitor equivalent in the UK with solid experience in employment law
• Experience advising on both advisory and contentious employment matters (including tribunals, dismissals, restructures and TUPE)
• Strong client‑facing skills, drafting and negotiation ability
• Comfortable working across multiple offices and collaborating with HR and business stakeholders
