Insolvency Partner — Ottawa

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a compact insolvency and restructuring practice in Ottawa. The role emphasizes debtor-side insolvency work across litigation, transactional and advisory matters.

The firm is seeking an entrepreneurial lawyer who can manage complex files independently, originate work, and help expand the practice. This position is suited to a motivated partner who prefers a hands-on role rather than a large hierarchical practice.

• 10–15 years' post-qualification experience managing insolvency matters, with balanced litigation and transactional exposure
• Strong debtor-side focus preferred
• Proven ability to manage files and supervise teams independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with evidence of client origination or strong client-development capability
• Comfortable joining a compact, driven practice without reliance on a senior mentor
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
