Join a growing Insolvency & Recoveries team in Birmingham that advises on both contentious and non-contentious personal and corporate insolvency matters. The team handles restructuring, rescue and formal insolvency work and works closely with banking, corporate, real estate and regulatory colleagues to deliver joined-up solutions.

We are seeking ambitious senior lawyers—established Partners or Senior Associates ready to step into Partnership—with strong technical insolvency skills, commercial judgment and an appetite for business development. The role offers exposure to complex mandates, a national referral network and genuine investment in practice growth.

Substantial experience across corporate and personal insolvency, including CVAs, pre-packs and administrations
Proven track record in insolvency litigation, director disqualification and enforcement processes
Experience acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders, businesses or other stakeholders
Strong commercial awareness, business development capability and collaborative working style
