We are seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join a national firm’s Insurance practice in Los Angeles. The role offers steady, insurance-focused litigation matters across life, health, annuity, disability, and property & casualty lines, with exposure to regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues affecting insurers.

The team handles a broad range of disputes and regulatory matters for large insurance-industry clients. The position suits a motivated lawyer who can manage a caseload with significant autonomy, collaborate with a team, and participate in business-development opportunities as their practice grows.

3–5 years of litigation experience (PQE)
Active admission to the California bar
Experience with or interest in insurance-defense or coverage litigation (life, health, annuity, disability, or P&C)
Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively in a team; strong written and oral advocacy skills
Willingness to engage in client-facing work and contribute to business development
