Intellectual Property Associate — Taipei

Top-tier international firm’s Taipei office is recruiting an Intellectual Property Associate to join the IP practice group on a full-time basis. The role focuses on patent and trade secret matters, including litigation and general IP advisory work for corporate clients.

The team is seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in patent and trade secret litigation and a technical background is preferred. This is a client-facing role that involves research, drafting court filings and advising on IP enforcement and protection strategies.

• Admission to the Taiwan Bar Association.
• Approximately 1 year post-qualification experience in intellectual property matters, with practical exposure to patent and trade secret litigation.
• Preferably a technical background (electrical engineering or physical sciences).
• Strong research, drafting and oral advocacy skills in Mandarin and English.
