Join a major international law firm’s Intellectual Property practice as an associate focusing on technology matters. The team handles both patent prosecution and patent litigation for clients across the technology and life‑sciences sectors.

This is a multi‑office role with opportunities to be based in several U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.). You will work on technically sophisticated matters alongside experienced IP litigators and prosecutors.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or pending admission) in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
Demonstrated experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation matters; technology‑focused background preferred
Strong drafting, research and oral advocacy skills; comfortable working on technically complex files
Ability to work collaboratively across offices on multi‑jurisdictional matters
Willingness to provide law school and undergraduate transcripts upon request
