Short-term consultancy roles within a global legal consulting platform, placing experienced funds lawyers on assignments across the UAE (typically Abu Dhabi or Dubai). Assignments are generally full-time and around six months, with some shorter and some flexible opportunities.

Work will involve advising on the structuring, establishment and operation of investment funds (private equity, real estate and hedge funds), and liaising with stakeholders, external counsel and regulators to ensure compliance with UAE regulatory regimes including the DFSA and Central Bank frameworks.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in funds, asset management or financial services law
Experience advising on fund structuring and ongoing fund operations (private equity, real estate, hedge funds)
Familiarity with UAE regulatory regimes (DFSA, Central Bank) or recent Middle East experience preferred
Top-tier law firm background for funds work
Practising certificate or equivalent entitlement to practise in the region
Consultant mindset: proactive, flexible, client-focused and comfortable working on fixed-term assignments
