A global legal consulting panel seeks experienced project development / project finance lawyers for interim assignments across the United Arab Emirates and wider Gulf region. Assignments are typically six months and full-time, with opportunities for flexible or remote working on certain matters.

Work will involve project financing and development matters for energy and infrastructure clients, including financing of power and water assets, procurement and contract workstreams, and advising on EPC, O&M and related infrastructure agreements. Roles may be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with some support provided for assignments in Saudi Arabia.

5–7 years PQE in project finance or project development (top‑tier law firm experience preferred)
Recent in‑house or client-side exposure (corporates, financial institutions or sovereign entities) desirable
Experience on energy/infrastructure projects—project finance, procurement, EPC/O&M and related contracts
Prior Middle East experience preferred; Arabic language skills a plus
Practising certificate or equivalent permitting practice in the region
Consultant mindset: adaptable, commercially focused, able to manage engagements and professional development
