International Arbitration Associate — Washington, D.C.

Join a global international arbitration team based in Washington, D.C. The group represents multinational corporations, states and state-owned entities in complex cross-border disputes under major arbitral rules. Associates work closely with senior lawyers across offices worldwide and gain early responsibility on high-stakes matters.

The role is suited to candidates with prior international arbitration experience who are comfortable handling substantive research, drafting pleadings and managing multiple workstreams in a collaborative, international environment. The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience with prior international arbitration exposure
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
• Admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
• Native or strong Spanish language skills and full professional proficiency in English
• Ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and manage multiple matters efficiently
