Top-tier national IP litigation team seeks a junior-to-mid-level associate with a focus on life‑sciences patent disputes. The role involves day‑to‑day involvement in complex Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and biologics (BPCIA) litigation matters, including work in district courts and before the PTAB.

The position offers responsibility for drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery, claim construction, and contributing to case strategy and client counseling. Candidates will work collaboratively on high‑stakes matters for innovator pharmaceutical clients within a busy litigation practice.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission)
Junior to mid‑level associate with demonstrable experience in life‑sciences patent litigation (including Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA and/or BPCIA matters)
Experience litigating in federal district court and before the PTAB preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and client‑facing skills; ability to manage document discovery and motion practice
