Real Estate Associate — Orange County

Growing national real estate practice seeks mid‑level to senior associates to join its Orange County office. The team handles a broad transactional real estate docket and is expanding its capacity across finance, joint‑venture equity and development matters.

Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience on mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender or borrower), JV equity, acquisitions and dispositions, or development projects. Candidates from other transactional backgrounds with strong real estate interest will also be considered. The group emphasises professional development, mentorship and a collaborative culture.

• Mid‑level to senior associate with substantial transactional experience
• Experience in one or more areas: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions & dispositions, or development
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal‑management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced team environment and participating in junior lawyer mentoring
